Normally your order will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days after your payment was received and cleared.
Please be aware that a bank transfer may take 2 to 7 business days depending on your bank and country location.
To completely avoid these bank transfer issues we offer our customers the facility to pre-credit your own personal customer account with funds so that it may fully-facilitate your purchase at any time of day or night. Customers can pre-credit their account with US$, Sing$, MYR, Sterling or Euros.

We use secure shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or Brinks, and all parcels are fully insured. No matter where you are ordering from, we keep all your packaging and information confidential. Packages are always shipped discretely, and fully insured through a third party.
We ship to several continents including America / Canada, South America, Europe / UK, Asia, Oceania / Australia. If you are unsure please contact us direct, otherwise place your order and we will arrange shipment delivery.
When you receive goods from us by post or courier we advise that you carefully check the external packaging before you sign for it. If you notice any signs of damage or tampering, or if you are in any way unsure about the integrity of the package, you should not sign for it. Package contents are carefully weighed and independently checked by several staff members before being sealed.

Under present Malaysian customs regulations gold coins (HS code: 7118 90 1000) and silver bars (HS code: 7106 91 0000) can be shipped without penalty of import taxation (following Malaysia tax rulings). However all other products are subject to tax, which will be billed to the customer by the logistic agent used on importation. Exposure to Malaysian taxation is taken by the customer and not our company.

Note : Indigo Precious Metals have not applied for a Malaysia “traders exemption licence” as the overall cost of such licence would be prohibitively expensive.
Gold/Silver Manufacturers:
Could import under the Zero GST if manufacturers have applied for AJS (Approved Jewellery Scheme). Failing to do so, GST 6% applies to all imports.
Gold / Silver retailer / Boutiques :
Are all subject to 6% GST to be paid during imports. No exemption is permitted.

USA Custom Taxation has to be borne by the client including the American Customs Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) if indeed we are delivering into the USA from overseas.
